Shipping Policy:All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Carriers:We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS UPS FedEx DHL Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using  USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

NOTE: All products are available unless noted, in the unlikely event the RC Parts Factory is sold out and the product is not available we will offer a full refund or the option to Special Order the item(s), your choice.. The estimated shipping time for each product on our website is calculated based on the warehouse which contains the item. If an item exists in our main warehouse it will ship within 24 hours of the date purchased. If an item has an estimated processing time longer than 24 hours the item is located in one of our secondary warehouse locations and the processing time is longer than normal we will make every effort to include this information in the products description page(s). Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday – Friday from 9AM to 4PM MST. Any orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be processed the following business day. Weekends and Holidays do not count as processing days. Please contact our customer service department for exact arrival dates when using expedited shipping methods if you have Any questions regarding delivery dates  

 

Returns Policy: The RC Parts Factory retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. The RC Parts Factory  encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged except with expressed consent of an authorized RC Parts Factory     representative.

Items ineligible for return:

 

Factory sealed products which have been opened or removed from packaging in any way.
 

Electronics (If defective refer to the manufacturers warranty coverage.)
